I want to look back at some comments made a while ago regarding Brock Lesnar's status. Following his final match against Oba Femi at SummerSlam, Paul Heyman went on Six Feet Under with The Undertaker to discuss Brock's retirement. Heyman pointed out that while Brock had talked about retiring plenty of times over the years only to change his mind and return, his mindset after his final match felt entirely different. Heyman explicitly stated he believes Brock truly knew in his heart that this was the definitive end of the road.

His final passing-of-the-torch matches against Oba Femi at WrestleMania 42 and SummerSlam were clearly designed to be his final chapter in the squared circle. Following those events, Brock's rare appearance on October 2, 2026, for his induction into the University of Minnesota M Club Hall of Fame alongside Sable, Mya Lesnar, and Shelton Benjamin felt like the absolute final punctuation mark on his entire legendary athletic career.

When you see him at events like that, it's wild because of how good in shape he looked for his age. Honestly, just looking at him, you would think he could’ve easily went off for at least another 4 to 5 years physically. But he probably truly felt deep down that he just can't do it anymore at the level he expects from himself, and decided it was time to step away.

But as we all know in the wrestling business, "never say never" is a golden rule.

What do y'all think? Do you think Brock Lesnar could possibly come back for one more match, or do you think he’s really staying retired this time for good?
