I prefer to text because I feel like I am more comfortable with pauses between replies. Like if you talk, and sometimes I need like a few seconds to think before I reply, and those pauses make me feel really uncomfortable. Also, I believe I can be more constructive and give richer replies while texting because I feel like I can quickly research something while I'd have to stay in awkward silence, researching during talking.
Like it took me like 4 mins to write this answer which really takes 30 seconds to read, but imagine how awkward it would be for me to take 4 minutes to say these handful of words while actually talking... So yeah. That's my reason for texting preference.
Thanks so much for responding. I appreciate it ♥️🥰
Talking is faster and I can't do the stupid texting thing. Because my phone is on my wall in my hallway and the other is one my desk

LMAO 😂
I prefer texting over talking. I'm always texting my friends. I'd say I send out on average around 35-50 texts a day. I do talk on the phone, though. Especially to my mom because she really isn't into the whole texting thing. Or even my grandparents.
Same here thanks for replying ♥️♥️
Depends. Texting is for quick convenient less important conversation that can be shelved and picked up later.
Conversation is priority
I’d say the each serve different purposes and one is not a substitute for the other
Thanks for replying ♥️💋
Talk, too much can get misunderstood over text. Your missing the other person's tone and could easily misunderstand a message.
So true ♥️🥰

Video chat <3
Girls these days seem to prefer texting.. I dislike it sort of.. can't read a tone of voice and it's more fake in a sense that people can type one thing, think about it then deleting it and type something else.. phone calls and video chats are more on the spot where one can't bs as easily.
Thanks for replying 🥰♥️
Talk, in person, though I might prefer some texting to lengthy phone calls. I rely heavily on body language for communication (both in terms of expressing what I want to express, and in understanding her better).
Cool 🌺
Talking, way better.
Texting can allow you to say things you wouldn't normally say, but conversions are more than what we say with words its the smallest twitch of a smile that lets you know their still interested or a slight sigh that tells you your boring them but their to polite to say anything.
Very true ♥️🥰
I definitely prefer to talk. Texting is way to open to misinterpretation/misunderstanding. Also talking takes less time usually but when you do get into long debates its also usually more rewarding than texting if you are both reasonable people who are capable of hearing each other out. For me texting is for the times you can't talk. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the response and your username is awesome 🥰❣️
Talk in person, but it does depend on what it is, like I inagine it can be easier to say some things over text.
Thanks for replying 💥
No problem. 😁
ı prefer to talk than I feel and understand the topic better than texting and you will see the real and sudan ıdeas
Cool 👍👍👍
Texting, video calling sometimes makes me feel uncomfortable.
I hate video calls 🌺
Lol me too
Text for short conversations. But prefer calling. It's easier and guarantees a quick answer
Thanks for replying ♥️🥰
No problem
Talk every time. In text you can't read tone or the subtleties of language. Easier to be funny and isn't taken the wrong way as easily
Very true. Thanks for the response ♥️🥰
Text, 100%. It's one of the reasons I spend so much time on GAG, even more so than talking to people face-to-face.
Same here 🤜🤛
None. Just meet in person and then don't bother me with a text unless we are setting up a date and that's it
Awesome 💗🌸
Depends with who. I'm not a very good texter, i never ever text back. So I would say I prefer to talk, but I hate when most people call me.
Thanks for sharing. 🥰♥️
I like texting because it can be done at my own pace.
Totally agree 💋♥️
talk... im feeling uncomfortable when im texting...
🌺🌺🌺
I prefer irl talking, since it means I get to hang out with friends.
So true 🤜🤛
Talk to a girl I'm seeing so I can hear her sexy voice. Text to start though.
Awesome thanks for responding 💋♥️
Depends about what. Anything of importance should be talked about, otherwise texts are fine most of the time.
Thanks so much for replying ♥️🥰
I prefer talking it's just easier. You can do other things like clean or drive or w. e. texting can be misunderstood and cause drama and confusion just because someone read it in a different tone than was intended.
Good point 👍
Text for teasing and photos.
Talking for the nice bits. Xx 😉😈
🤦🤦🤦
Always talk, I hate the idea that someone can't hold an actual IRL conversation
Good reason 🥰👍
Text because I’m usually busy but if I have free time and I’m close to that person then I don’t mind talking
Me too 💋
I communicate much better through text. That way my jokes and dry humour is transmitted without me stuttering at the punch-line.
Me too. 😊😊😊
Text now...
But talk if other wants it
Or if I want absolutely no confusion
Texts can be dicey if important discussion is happening
Cool 👍🌺
Similar to your take?
I like chatting while allowing other to choose words or convenient time to respond
Texting is easy to hide emotions and to be a different person, but talking allows you to express yourself more and be yourself
Completely agree. Thanks for replying 💋♥️
I always like texting with mates and my woman sometimes after talking to her just to hear the beautiful voice. I can say am more of a texter but call when necessary and wants to hear some nice words.
Awesome. Thanks so much for responding ♥️🥰
You welcome and am glad responding to your question
I'm a quite writer, so I love texting but sometimes I call is a must because of time :)
Same. I am in the works right now writing my book. 🤗🌺
I prefer to text when I can I am always talking so its a breath of fresh air.
Awesome 🌺
text, cause I'm shy and phonecalls gets awkward for me lol
Thanks for sharing ♥️🥰
I like both... as long as the other person is listening!😆
Facts 💯
Text while stationary and (if necessary) talk while driving.
Awesome 💗🌸
I usually do both but I like texting. I have nlynlike talking when we’re face to face.
Yay 🌺
It depends who I'm communicating with. Four more personal masters, I prefer talking. For mundane issues or simply passing info, I prefer texting.
Makes sense🌺
Talk is the best way to communicate. Body language, eye contact are all missed when texting.
Thanks for replying. I really appreciate it 💞💗
💞💗💞
Lately I’ve been texting more, depends who it is if I feel like talking
Good point 💥🥳
Text is easier for me... I can think about what I say before I say something stupid.
Same here 🌺
Text, big time! So much faster and allows me to multitask if need be
Talk every time. Preferably face to face or at least video chat.
Awesome 💗🌸
I like to talk.. it's easier to know what the person is feeling
Cool 👍👍👍
I prefer to talk, you miss so many emotions through text.
So true ♥️
Honestly I prefer texting, e-mailing instead of talking but I don't mind talking either.
Talk... text is impersonal. You can't really tell the emotion behind a text.
Very true. Emojis only go so far 👍🤭
Skype or Facetime if possible. But preferably talk in person
Cool 🤜🤛
Many times text, but other times i prefer call/facetime
Talk! Especially since I don't have, need or want a cell phone!!
Text. If I don’t want to talk on the phone it’s my biggest pet peeve if you get mad about it
Same here🥰♥️
I get nervous texting a girl but i like it also i would like calling once in while.
I prefer text. Sometimes people are hard to speak out. Text is always better. They can express out their current mode, talk more about themselves
Talk, cause it's more personal and takes less time.
Definitely phone.
I actually want a landline with a bell to slam it when I'm angry and get excited when someone talks to me.
Unless I''m sending a quick message I prefer to talk. Nothing beats an actual conversation.
I'm easy, you want to talk we talk, send me a message, I will read it and get back to you.
Text unless there’s misunderstanding then talk
Same 💥
Both it doesn’t matter
Cool 👏👍
Usually text, sometimes talking is nice to
Totally agree 💯♥️
Talk in person, text on the phone
Smart 🌺🥰
First text then talk.
Nice 🤜🤛
Text my friends and call my boyfriend.
Same ♥️🥰
I hate talking on the phone so texting for me
Totally agree 💯♥️
Depends on the person!
Totally agree 🥰♥️
Text. I'm practically useless over the phone. 😂
LMAO ♥️💋
