I prefer to text because I feel like I am more comfortable with pauses between replies. Like if you talk, and sometimes I need like a few seconds to think before I reply, and those pauses make me feel really uncomfortable. Also, I believe I can be more constructive and give richer replies while texting because I feel like I can quickly research something while I'd have to stay in awkward silence, researching during talking.
Like it took me like 4 mins to write this answer which really takes 30 seconds to read, but imagine how awkward it would be for me to take 4 minutes to say these handful of words while actually talking... So yeah. That's my reason for texting preference.

Talking is faster and I can't do the stupid texting thing. Because my phone is on my wall in my hallway and the other is one my desk
I prefer texting over talking. I'm always texting my friends. I'd say I send out on average around 35-50 texts a day. I do talk on the phone, though. Especially to my mom because she really isn't into the whole texting thing. Or even my grandparents.
Depends. Texting is for quick convenient less important conversation that can be shelved and picked up later.
Conversation is priority
Iβd say the each serve different purposes and one is not a substitute for the other
Talk, too much can get misunderstood over text. Your missing the other person's tone and could easily misunderstand a message.

Video chat <3
Girls these days seem to prefer texting.. I dislike it sort of.. can't read a tone of voice and it's more fake in a sense that people can type one thing, think about it then deleting it and type something else.. phone calls and video chats are more on the spot where one can't bs as easily.Talk, in person, though I might prefer some texting to lengthy phone calls. I rely heavily on body language for communication (both in terms of expressing what I want to express, and in understanding her better).
Talking, way better.
Texting can allow you to say things you wouldn't normally say, but conversions are more than what we say with words its the smallest twitch of a smile that lets you know their still interested or a slight sigh that tells you your boring them but their to polite to say anything.I definitely prefer to talk. Texting is way to open to misinterpretation/misunderstanding. Also talking takes less time usually but when you do get into long debates its also usually more rewarding than texting if you are both reasonable people who are capable of hearing each other out. For me texting is for the times you can't talk. Hope this helps.
Talk in person, but it does depend on what it is, like I inagine it can be easier to say some things over text.
Δ± prefer to talk than I feel and understand the topic better than texting and you will see the real and sudan Δ±deas
Texting, video calling sometimes makes me feel uncomfortable.
Text for short conversations. But prefer calling. It's easier and guarantees a quick answer
Talk every time. In text you can't read tone or the subtleties of language. Easier to be funny and isn't taken the wrong way as easily
Text, 100%. It's one of the reasons I spend so much time on GAG, even more so than talking to people face-to-face.
None. Just meet in person and then don't bother me with a text unless we are setting up a date and that's it
Depends with who. I'm not a very good texter, i never ever text back. So I would say I prefer to talk, but I hate when most people call me.
I like texting because it can be done at my own pace.
talk... im feeling uncomfortable when im texting...
I prefer irl talking, since it means I get to hang out with friends.
Talk to a girl I'm seeing so I can hear her sexy voice. Text to start though.
I prefer talking it's just easier. You can do other things like clean or drive or w. e. texting can be misunderstood and cause drama and confusion just because someone read it in a different tone than was intended.
Text for teasing and photos.
Talking for the nice bits. Xx 😉😈Always talk, I hate the idea that someone can't hold an actual IRL conversation
I communicate much better through text. That way my jokes and dry humour is transmitted without me stuttering at the punch-line.
