Why do a lot of gamers care too much about graphics when their overall skills are terrible?

Most gamers from what I've seen care mostly about asethics in a game but from multiplayer & co op sessions

The grand majority make way too many mistakes

Terrible reaction time

ZERO tactics... just rushing in

Can't coordinate team composition of any kind

What's the point in having a $4000 ultra 4k tv with surrounded sound speakers if you're terrible at 9/10 games you play?

Because graphics make the gaming experience better? This is like asking why someone would want to buy a Ferrari, even though they're driving the speed limit.

Being profecient in the games I buy is more important than just the asethics

I was able to beat every Resident Evil games except for 6 & 7 in less than 1 hour & a half while playing thrm through a small CRT TV way back in 2011

I play on a small 15 inch 720 portable monitor

learning the fundamentals of games takes time and practice regardless of how good your specs are. if they have the money and want all the bells and whistles even if they suck, more power to them in my opinion.
