Is this a facebook marketplace scam?

i sent her $200 $100 for the computer plus $100 for the shipping

so here it goes i'm buying a desktop computer off of a woman on facebook marketplace first time doing so i sent her $200 dollars as goods and services through paypal the woman said paypal put a hold on the funds she wants to have the $200 sent back to me by paypal and then use cash app

i said i would prefur to use paypal as it has sellers
& buyers protection

she said
Ok. But I have to come up with enough to cover shipping and float until it's received and confirmed. I will have to find someway to get that. I'm not a retailer. I'm just a chick that had an item for sell. So. I'm doing the best I can.
If you don't want to go through any other pay system I have to try to dig up money for shipping. I never dreamed this would be so hard.

It does sound highly likely that's a scam... I would definitely NOT but anything from that woman just to be on safe side... Did you look on Amazon? Or sometimes local sales... Here, you can meet up with people right at the police station to avoid being ripped off. Or you could before Coronavirus, don't know about now

It seems like she wants to hack your cell phone or lap top - don’t buy from her - you can get a brand new computer for just $400

She’s just saying too much and wants all this stuff done for her to get paid. Personally I don’t deal with people like that. I like a simple sale from a reputable place or I use PayPal just in case.

Try using OfferUp or eBay. Sites that will protect u if u run into a scammer. Or better yet, an actual store.
