Is this a scam?

An email that says it's from Google says that someone added my email as their recovery email. It says the sender is Google but when I click it has the email address of the email that has added my email as their recovery email?

I signed into my email on a different browser new and did not click any links in the email and I can't see anything linked to my email or anything

Report the email that you received and don’t use this email account for anything valuable like banking, social media etc..

Its better to be safe than sorry.

Yea don't listen to any of that mostly if it has a link, read it again and look for typos or grammar errors usually these let you know if it's fake
