Hi, I live in the UK and I have had 2 calls from this number now. I have Googled it but it doesn't really say if this is an O2 scam or not. The number is 08001116121

it’s apparently a legit number, however they reckon check your balance , payment with a separate number.

0800 numbers are usually legit.
