It depends entirely on what you're going to be doing and what video card you are going to be using to push the monitor.

I'll play games (gta 5, sims, the witcher etc), watch movies and youtube videos. I have geforce gtx 1050ti cerberus graphics card.

With the 1050ti, you won't push beyond 100fps in those games, So spending your money on something that gets higher than 120hz refresh would be a waste of money. Also make sure you get something that is compatible with gsync or freesyc, Both will give you a buttery smooth performance. For the money go with the Asus. Its a good price, supports freesync, and is gaming focused.

I know, that's why I put these 3 monitors, they have 75hz and I'm pretty sure that all of them support freesynnc. But I can't find any difference other than how they look.

I use a the LG CX 48 inch as my monitor. I prefer to use a TV as a monitor. Better picture quality.
