How Can I Solve This?

So yesterday I suddenly got logged out from my G@G account and since then I tried to log back in but it says 'account did not exist or wrong password'. I tried to change my password but they just didn't send me the email to do so. Now i'm using G@G from the website version. If you know any solution to this it would help a lot. Thank you.

If its a http 400 then just close out/swipe up the window and reopen the app, if that doesn't work, more serious problem.

If you used the 'forgot password' function, please check your spam folder for the retrieval email.

That's why gag should not send you stuff that looks like spam in your email it should only be emailing you what is an emergency so when you do have one you don't have to sort through the spam folder your to do a quick look and find the email just like I had an accident last year at my insurance company sends me spam no way I can find the email that I need to track my claim
