Did anyone start using the night light on your computer and do you think it helps with eye strain?

Oh definitely. I've used f. lux for around a year and it recently stopped working for God knows what and I've still haven't gotten time to really look into it.
Anyways I've noticed that ever since it stopped working, my sleep schedule has been way worse.
Depends on color sensitivity. I use colorveil instead as it's the yellow which strains my eyes rather than the blue.
I use blue light on all my devices and I have blue light lenses included in my regular prescription lenses.
I've notice a different. But maybe it's placebo. 🤷🏽āāļø
I think it helps a little bit, but I can't really say I can definitely notice if it's helping.
The idea is your body has an "internal clock"(for example when you automatically wake up at a particular time in the morning everyday, even when you don't have an alarm set for it. How does your body know when to wake up? The internal clock.)
This clock works based on our surroundings. Studies have found that people in warmly lit rooms fell asleep faster than people in rooms with colder/blue lighting. This is why using phones/other electronic devices right before going to bed is considered bad. Because it fucks up your clock.
Anyways, my point is the results of it are going to be a lot more subtler as your body slowly adjusts its clock to it. I've only used it for an year and my sleep schedule is a lot more better than it was before. So yeah, it definitely helps

Glare resistant too! I have 4000 choices, this is hard.
