I've noticed I do get really tired when their the only light source but im worried about potential damage/problems later on
LED's can go up to the energy of a Sun when changing colors and transferring light to your room. Because of this, there can be many radiation eye spikes (eye strain). So be careful, if you notice a lot of tiredness then normal, you need to turn your LED's off for a day or two, and use a lamp that covers the entire room. You will be fine after a few days, and then resort to using the LED's only for 3 hours. Then use your lamp for another hour, after that you can turn your LED's on for another 3 hours. But if you wan't to prevent tiredness and eye strain securely and safely, then make sure you leave a Lamp on when using the LED's

The worst thing you might experience from constant screen time is eye strain from focusing at one distance for a long period of time.
