How does the Xper system work?

I'm new here and I've noted some features (mainly chats) have been turned off due to my Xper being too low. What other features are off limits and what Xper do I need to get for those features?

What is Xper?
GirlsAskGuys utilizes a point system to recognize every member of the site for the invaluable expertise they provide to our community. The point system is based on the actions a member takes, such as asking questions or sharing opinions. This point system also encourages a greater level of participation with more value given to better opinions.

While a member cannot lose points for any action, (s) he may lose potential points when his/her questions, opinions, replies, takes, profile information, etc. are removed during moderation. By moderating user actions, GirlsAskGuys not only provides better quality content, but also ensures that more points are given to those who deserve them.

Xper points are calculated daily and can take 24-48 hours to appear on your account.

1 XperLevel 1 = 0 - 149
2 XperLevel 2 = 150 - 299

How many Questions and myTakes can I post?
Xper Level 1 can ask 2 questions and post 1 myTake every 24 hours.
Xper Level 2 can ask 2 questions and post 2 myTakes every 24 hours.
Xper Levels 3,4,5,6,7, Explorer, Yoda can ask 3 questions and post 3 myTakes every 24 hours.
Xper Level "Guru" can ask 4 questions and post 3 myTakes every 24 hours.
Xper Level "Master" can ask 5 questions and post 3 myTakes every 24 hours.
Influencers can ask 5 questions and post 5 myTakes every 24 hours regardless of Xper level.
Editors can post 5 myTakes every 24 hours regardless of Xper level.

When can I send private messages?
Xper Levels 2+ can send private messages

Why can't I post clickable links?
Xper Levels 3+ can add clickable links in their posts.

When can I upload images to my posts?
Xper Levels 2+ can upload and embed images to their posts.

When will I experience "GAG with No-Ads"?
Xper Levels 7+ do not see ads.

Just ask and answer more questions and you can do more on the site. It's especially helpful to go to the No Opinions part of the Feed and be the first one to answer questions there. By level 5 or 6 or so, you'll have most site features available. The system is mostly to stop trolls and new dummy accounts from abusing the site (although there's still lots of trolls on here who posy anonymously).

I'm not even sure what is blocked, but they probably just want to make sure you're not just going to jump into the drama-plagued subjects with an alternate account. I don't think it takes too long, just answer questions, post questions, etc. Try to give good feedback.
