Why does my computer screen turn gray and flicker?

When does this happen? Is it working normaly and all of a sudden its turning gray? Or is it gray once you turn on the PC?

It can have multiple causes, eg faulty HDMI wire/connection, or the graphics card is broken or the Screen itself, could also be a software issue, installing the driver may help here.

Try using a different HDMI cable/check the connection, maybe its just loose.

If you have the chance try conmecting the screen to a different PC or other medium (Playstation/Switch/Xbox/Blueray player/... ) or connect a different Screen to your PC, so you can see which one is broken.

The computer works normally, I turn it on and it's fine, but sometimes the screen when I turn it on turns gray, it's a pixelated gray like squares and it starts to blink, then I turn it off and turn it on again and the screen comes out fine.
