Trending & News I never delete duplicate photos or documents. As a matter of fact, I keep all my important files in duplicate on different support media such as external hard disk and USB sticks as a precaution.
Should one of the support media get corrupted, have a crash or be infected by a virus, I always have a backup of the data that was stored on the local media.
What I never do and don't recommend to do is to upload your files on the cloud. Not only are they not safe but the risk that those documents and photos fall in the wrong hands is very real.
No, because then you have no duplicates if the first set gets corrupted.
