Luxuary Smart Watches: What's the Point?

I recently started researching high-end/luxuary timepieces, for no particular reason since I probably never will have the money to comfortably spend $2000 on a watch, at least not in a forseeable future.

However, I did discover that TAG Heuer makes a smart watch collection. Do you know any other deluxe smartwatches?

This watch is more than double the price of the most expensive consumer smart watch. What are you paying for? Better sensors? Better software? Timekeeping? Suerly it's not just the brand...
Does anyone on here have this watch? How does it compare to, say, a Galaxy Watch for example?

It's a hobby, collectionists all have hobbies and collecting those items is what they enjoy and obviously from the looks of it they don't put a price on it, some might even do it to resell as collections themselves sell for a lot mostly if the pieces are limited edition and are rare or just hard to find, they can sell for a lot more than the original price, actually a limited edition mtn dew sells for like 30 dollars a bottle when when are no longer in stock, there's ways to make money everywhere, you just gotta know how to do it, this is just another business itself if it's not for personal amusement

You get Rolex's going for between 10 grand and a million.

If you ask your question about supercars instead of watches, you will understand why they are expensive.

I think I get why Rolex, Chpoard, Richard Mille and certain Longines watches are expensive. Especially Rolex lol, but this is specifically about the smart watch category. I guess you can only make a smart watch so expensive.
