I am thinking buying tablet computer. I already have Mac and iPad but it's limited. I am going to need a computer with touch screen. I was wondering if someone could recommend me which tablet is the best? and how much should I spend?

Go for one of the 2 in 1 ie a laptop with touch that can easily be treated as a tablet. But still have a physical keyboard.

Depends what you want to do. A Surface Studio is top drawer, but if you just want a straight forward Windows drawing tablet then get a Surface 3
