I don't see why he wants to involve himself with that. He is a techno-visionary kind of guy. I think it is weird that he wants to involve himself with a social media platform by spending 43 billion dollars on it. The money would be better spent elsewhere.

I'm a Tesla investor so I don't imagine it'll be great for me since Tesla's stocks seem to follow Musk's shenanigans. But it'll be interesting at the very least.

Don’t like the idea, I still admire most of his work but in the last few years, my view about him has changed and I don’t fully trust some of his actions. But we have to see to know I guess.

It us a VERY bad idea to trust a source, everyone should need to verify claims, and you do that with open discussion and freedom of speech and equal rights, not by censoring posts.

Granted, if you are using twitter as a source of verification, then you don't understand what verification even means.

It's funny, because when you talk about people silencing others, I assume you're meaning democrats, because conservatives are the only ones with such a warped view of what is truth and what is a lie. Yet, Trump was the only one actually silencing people. And by saying that there's no such thing as misinformation, or that calling things lies is silencing them, you are denying people to tell the truth, you are silencing others. But of course, that's the conservative way, "silencing others is ok as long as it's not against me".
