They are usually random and often just worth the price paid. Not a business model, if that's what you're hoping for, like that TV "storage wars" show.

The "trick" is noticing the seller. Certain sellers deal in certain goods in other categories and pallet boxes are their way of getting rid of excess/return without the costs.

They have random shit in them. You buy them if you want and then open them like a mystery box hen you get home.

Most electronics people order online and return are random things like cell phone chargers. So expect a lot of little china junk that plugs into a cell phone, small memory sticks, and crap like that.

Does help to go for the higher dollar boxes then, also is it safe to buy from the Amazon website for these things?

I don't think they sell them directly on Amazon. I think they sell pallets to liquidation companies to clear warehouse space at the fulfillment centers.
