With background darkened and skin is also darkened, Have they used flash?

Camera is most likely a DSLR, like a Canon Eos or Sony Alpha.

And than they use giant reflectors to light the scene, or some lights, but with alle the sands its usually two or three reflector screens, like a giant mirror.

And than some work afterwards in photoshop or lightroom or any other sorftware, to colourgrade, applay filter, get rid of any imperfections...

Its not impossible, but i doubt it.

The phone cameras are decent, and with photoshop you can compensate for a lot, but professional or semi-professional photos are still taken with a DSLR and tons of lighting equipment.

there's a 2nd person taking those pics. It looks like it has been taken through a smartphone. Also there are ample of editing apps such as snapseed, lightroom etc. These pics are edited and filtered and are probably fake where you can't even express emotions naturally. Dont fall for it
