My facebook got disabled but I didn't do anything?

So Facebook disabled my account because of child sexual exploitation. I got a message saying it after i appealed but i swear i didn't do anything. I'm not a kind of person who's always active anymore on Facebook and never violated the rules since freshmen when i got my account. My last post was weeks ago talking about a hacker who did hacked my account and I managed to get it back. I even posted a screenshot of it. A screenshot about my email and my contact number changed. But other than that, my last post was a year ago and it was just 1 post about the new coin currency. I suspect maybe some hacker managed to sneak into my account and got me banned. I really wanna contact facebook and change my password but i can't log in to do that. I care about my account because i have a lot of old acquaintances in there even if I don't talk to them and some old memorable pictures with them. I use it facebook as more of a time capsule we just want I still value it because it's my first social media ever. I need help if anyone knows how to contact Facebook customer service without logging and report this problem. Thanks!

Pedo and fraud are two things that will get you a permaban anywhere, kiddo.

Whether you did or didn't post pedo pics is between you and Facebook customer support. I suspect they might have let the cops know too.

Well that's what i worry about because really, i didn't do anything. It was really a message about child exploitation is what i recieve and it pops out every time I open my messenger. The only evidence i have is absence and i can let the cops scroll through my posts about everything and never have i posted anything like that.

Facebook is trash. If you like it so much get a new account or something. Doubt they’d do anything about the supposed hacker though

Its not about the facebook, it's about my stored memories and my reputations in there. Then I guess I'll have to take all my time recalling 1000+ of my acquaintances and friends and re-add them.
