What'll happen to my internet data after I die? I have many inappropriate site links, photos, videos and 4-5 email accounts at least. Help me?

I am surfing on the net and mostly on the phone 📱. So I have countless passwords, 4-5 email accounts therefore influx of mails to my inbox every day. Also my mobile note app is full of passwords and reminders etc. What will i do with all this junk behind? How can minimalise my life and get far less absorbed in my phone?

Everything you do on the internet is permanent

You upload a pic it's stored in some or the other storage system across the platforms. That's can be a least thing to worry about but the data in the phone itself is a bigger threat and even I've been trying figure it out but haven't reached to a conclusion.
