Cheap noise cancellation headphones?

I’m wondering if any of you can recommend, from your own personal use of cheapish noise cancellation headphones suitable for an iPhone 6s?

I’ve fallen victim to extremely loud construction noise starts at 6 o’clock in the morning every day and will continue for the next year and a half which is great!

Do you just want noise canceling headphones or do you want them to be able to play music through them

Just noise cancelling. Don’t need music

If you just want to reduce background noise then any second hand pair with Bluetooth in a pawn shop should do the job.
