More than we can imagine. I read that about 150 years ago a bureaucrat in the patent office wanted to close the patent office because everything that could be invented had been invented. Obviously that person was wrong. They couldn't imagine the internet or cellphones. Nobody in the 1960's could imagine a device you could carry around (a lap) would have more computing power than an IBM mainframe computer. Things will be developed to accomplish things that we have no concept of.

Technology has come a long way from 1999. However, the better its become the worse the world has evolved. Our children will become too dependent on them which gives points to the saying...
