I am not a specialist in those weird and unconventional signs but from what the internet says, you have to use an emoji combining both signs side by side. You can find that type of sign by looking up the various sites specializing in emojis.

Just copy/paste the emoji in the question you want to ask. To my knowledge, it is not possible to insert something on GaG that is not in standard ASCII format. I could be wrong but that was my understanding.
