Why can’t I bend it?

I’ve always noticed that my big toe on my right foot is not bending like I have to force it with my fingers for it to bend, and when I bend it I feel stiffness in it, I once read on internet that it’s ”hallux rigidus”, is there’s any ways to cure this, any remedies for it?

You really need to talk to your doctor about this. We don't know for sure what it is. So, any plans to fix it could mess it up worse. My mom is a physician and despite hearing in detail what happened to my fiancée's mother, refused to offer any ideas to help her until after seeing her in person (not as her physician).
