What I've Tried:
+ Plug wireless receiver in other USB ports
+ Disable selective suspending in power plan
+ Disable power management in device manager
+ Reinstall mouse and USB root hub drivers
+ Checked that BIOS is updated to latest version
+ Update Windows 10 to the latest via Microsoft
+ Checked battery level of wireless mouse
+ Restart Windows when disconnecting a lot
What I've Yet To:
- Contact manufacturer to exchange new mouse
- Buy a new mouse from another brand/company
- Factory reset or restore my laptop to new state
- Confirming if USB ports in laptop are broken
- Buying a new laptop or switching over to desktop
- Buy a power hub with external USB ports

Seems that I keep disconnecting in the quiet study area room I always go to at the library at my campus. Not only my mouse, but my wifi also has problems, so my theory of interference being a cause is correct. However, whether it's the main or original cause, I have no fucking clue and I can't prove it.

Does it make the sound of being plugged out and back in? Or does it just loose its signal?
Both
Any ideas? I think interference is a strong cause, but I don't know if it's the main nor original cause.
Update drivers?
Lol good luck with that, Microsoft hasn't updated many of their drivers since the mid 2000s. Yes I know my mouse isn't by Microsoft but it uses a driver provided by Microsoft on a firmware level.
Just checked ReDragon's website and downloaded the drivers/software. Sadly it's the same as what I downloaded when I first got my mouse.
Ok nevermind seems that Microsoft does somewhat regularly updates the USB controller drivers, but most drivers they make they almost never update them
