Help with A Samsung galaxy flip 3?

my phone is giving me a moisture detected symbol, I have never got it wet or anything, I've tried several different steps on you tube etc. To try to get it to come off, I can charge it wirelessly but not by cable, any info on this matter would be appreciated!

I can never get through, also to see if people have had similar issues so I know what to expect! Hence why I posted it in technology and internet.

Broken charge port. Should be repairable at a repair place or samsung. This isn't a unique issue it's most phones ports.
