Any tips for a galaxy tablet that won’t turn on?

When you're diagnosing a computer problem, you usually need to figure out what the problem ISN'T. It won't turn on? Well, is it getting power? If there's an indicator light, see if it's getting juice. If not...

1. use an outlet you know works- trying plugging something ELSE in and seeing if it gets power.

2. use a cable you know works- as above.

3. use a charger you know works.

4. If none of those are the issue, then it's with the tablet itself.

Many times it turned out to be the charging cable not working. Purchased another & tablet charged worked fine after

Have you tried holding down both the on/off button and volume button at the same for perhaps 30 seconds or so.
