Yes, I know I can trouble shoot on line. I prefer in addition to ask real people too, bc it’s good to stay accustomed to human interactions, in my opinion 👍🏼
I don't but every light i ever experienced that didn't work either wasn't plugged in or the bulb was blown, I mean, what else could it be? There isn't anything else going on to troubleshoot.
The real question is how do you open the globe?
Does it come apart by design by unscrewing around the equator?
Does it have a service hatch hidden below one of the poles?
Or are you supposed to buy another one when the blub goes? In which case you will have to improvise your own access hole, but be careful if you are going down that route and the globe is made of glass, even if you do somehow manage to make a hole without breaking the whole thing what you have essentially made is a suicide kit.

I have played with electrical things before and one this I have learned Vivant is that an Ohm Meter is your best friend when troubleshooting electrical issues. When you can test continuity in a bulb and not get anything in return is to say that the LED is broken. You may have to do some carful open heart surgery on this fine globe but should only affect the base.

Either the wiring or the bulb should be changed simple 🫣.
If it still doesn't work throw the globe so much that it becomes flat and you can show case it as flat earth globe.
Can you call it a globe if it's flat? That would be a nice globe for me to purchase and get to know the whole world.
