Why does Microsoft hate Blacks and Mexicans?

They make living the American Dream 🇺🇸 harder than it needs to. I just want to bring back to glory days when me and my best friend played Minecraft together. For several months and maybe even a year, I forgot everything about my Microsoft account so I couldn’t use crossplay “my best friend is on PC and I’m on PS4). Today, I finally remembered and was able to log back in, that is until it reminded me that my account had been locked ever since I forgot and the only way to unlock it was with a verification code. So, I clicked the button to get the code, after it asked for my phone number. Nothing happened after that. I tried again and waited but nothing. I assumed it glitched so I reloaded the page, a few seconds after reloading the page two verification codes show up in my messages but by then they were probably expired. From there on, it just kept on telling me that it couldn’t message my number, so I tried four other numbers. It continued to say “we can’t message that number” and “that request is not valid”. What’s going on here?

I tried again in hopes yesterday it was just a glitch but nope, it is just permanently disabled and I might have to just accept it that way.
