Is It Okay To Block Inactive Users?

Twitter is so weird. A friend of mine blocked me, knowing it was my alter account, so if they had something to say and I wasn't there, they could have directly messaged me on the main.. but they just blocked me straight.

Is blocking for such ways justified?

They never blocked me. They clarified just now they just deactivated.

Nah your friend is definitely lying.
I just unfollow inactive accounts, I don’t feel the need to block them. Especially if it’s one my friends account

It’s weird. I don’t know how twitter works, but on Instagram if someone is inactive I just remove them from my followers and unfollow them. It would be weird if I blocked them.
