The top row of this person's keyboard is not working. Here's the message if all the keys worked.

The answer is that the guy does not know how to type.

We played a joke on one of the professors once. We got a keyboard and popped the keys off and moved them over one space. Then we went in he's office and swapped it with the keyboard he had. It took this guy about an hour before he gave up and called the help desk. He thought it was a good prank.
