Best ATV attachment for clearing tall grass?

My workplace for this past summer has large lawns with tall grass in some places. We currently work the land with a lawn mower and a wheeled trimmer, but we also have an ATV that gets very little use.

We currently use the wheeled trimmer to clear the tall grass for collection to stockpile as compost, but that is a really intensive and inefficient process.

Recently I've started browsing random agriculture machinery and found ATV-attachable mulchers and flail mowers to possibly improve the process, but I don't have enough knowledge in advanced land clearing equipment.

What should we get? Is it even feasible? I don't know how much tall grass we have as we've cleared most of it already. We don't even know where the property border is on that side of the property.
