What will you do if the wifi goes down for 24 full hours worldwide?

Enjoy walking down Manhattan streets without the idiots staring at their phones walking right into me. I lived pre-internet for almost 25 years and I can live without it for 24 hours. As a matter of fact on my vacation time, I'll commonly turn off my phone for a good week and enjoy the real world as opposed to the digital one. I know... blasphemy right?
Gosh if I lived in Manhattan I wouldn’t even need to be on my phone haha. Such a busy beautiful place.
Listen to a bunch of music while playing football lol

Maybe you mean internet, I could always use my phone network but if it’s everything I could just watch tv and use regular gps for navigation or paper maps
Well, definitely not work that day since I work from home. If it’s summer time I’d probably go for a bike ride. If it’s winter, I’d probably get extra chores done or find a project around the house to work on.
I guess if I had a book or movie already downloaded I’d read/watch that. But that is kinda skirting the line about the intent of the question.
I have a lot of off line projects and hobbies. If I lost internet for 24 hours I wouldn't be able to work, so I'd hobby. Maybe clean, but I wouldn't be board iuf that was the question.
If we lost power on the other hand we'd be on the generator, and I would have limited access to other projects.
Honestly some days I wouldn't even notice. I'd either hotspot or use the ethernet if it was a work day and I was working from home, otherwise I'd be working on a project or playing with the rescue kittens or lounging around the house and I might not notice it's off at all.

It’s simple & for starters it’s only 24 hours so I can handle it. On the flip side I don’t need wifi because my home is networked though routers & Ethernet cables.
Wonder what you're doing, wonder how soon it'll be back, hope the 5G works enough that I can finish copying what I need off the MAA Fanfic Universe Wiki to finish my encyclopedia about last decade, get some paintings done, and maybe take a nap.
I think you mean the Internet goes down worldwide for 24 hours. WiFi is a local thing.
I lived many years before the Internet existed. I'd simply return to those days. Communicating in person and via telephone, and watching network television and DVD movies.
Oh believe you me, there's a thousand and one things I could be getting on with!
However, primarily it would naturally increase the extra time we would spend with the children.
Continue with my life as if nothing happened. There's life and so much to do other then being online 24/7. I would clean the house, go to the pool, hang out with friends, read my books, get out of the house.
Ima sleep the day off, Pako are you getting younger on me what the heck 😂
It's like you are aging backwards that's all lol
Indeed 🤣💯
I can go out for walks, play music with friends, visit the gym, enjoy a drink, read a book, ...
Use my phone unlimited data bur I assume. u meant if the internet went completely out so I have abuncha TV shows and movies downloaded I would just watch those.
Literally anything.
Go to my climbing gym (or drive to a spot outdoors if no inside gyms open). Sleep. Play a game. Make a ttrpg diorama. Draw.
There's a lot to do without internet.
I wouldn’t mind. Colouring/reading/things around the house/cooking and baking/going for a walk/gym/shopping
Considering Wifi has nothing to do with the internet, Nothing. I will simply wire up my devices.
I'd take a day off cause my work revolves around the internet.
I have a million other things I can do with my time.
Do what I was doing before I had access to it. "Live my life!" I grew up without wifi and computers, I would enjoy the outdoors and read books, and listen to music on the radio and just sit with my thoughts. Those were the best days of my life!!
Well let's see 2 years ago I had two projects to start and since I've had Wi-Fi it's been 2 years and now I probably have 80 projects so I guess I'll get started on one of the projects LMAO
Paint, draw, play my instruments... live a normal life, I guess lol
Would go into the deepest of woods and begin building my own empire. Disconnected from the world forever.
I'll connect with an Ethernet cable to the modem and laugh at those who don't have retro technology in place for this very scenario
live my life. i'd be fine. frankly might be happier without wifi for a day or two.
Got video games and a best friend to talk to.
Sleep, eat, go outside, exercise, be with my family, work… you know, things I do anyway. What mature adults are supposed to do.
do house chores , work on my garden and more
Go out for a walk and enjoy nature. 24 hours is a long time to become reconnected with the outside world, something we lose buried in our phones and the net all the time
People younger than the so called "Gen Z" (so born 1955 up until 1995) should know of previous technologies like radio, tv, satellite phones, wired telephones and what not.
Read, do some word searches, talk with friends or colleagues, sleep. 😅
It just happened to me. 3 days after a storm my wife went out.
No net. No streaming.
I just chilled and kept myself busy by cleaning home and caring for my self better
Those 3 day were super long though
Listen to my offline Spotify playlist, clean, play sims etc. Also lol you can just use mobile data
It has happened to me once. No wifi, no network connectivity (because of a storm).
I did nothing. Slept and wasted time
Go online with my cellphone service , LMFAO.
Use my mobile data lol no jk
I’ll hangout with my friends
Go hangout with my friend and watch tv after working out with him.
Watch tv, listen to music, play the playstation, read books, go for walks,
Find any of a hundred other things to do that don't require wifi.
Be Thankful I’ll probably get a lot of housework done lmao
Just go about my day. I've got plenty of stuff to keep me occupied
Mostly continue with my daily activities and with the little extras time I’d go outside and have fun with friends.
Go to working on my craft projects and cleaning/organizing my apartment.
Nothing. Because the world would stop turning! You couldn’t buy anything. Credit cards wouldn’t work. Cashiers couldn’t add up purchases and make change.
I have plenty of antiques to keep me occupied.
Rejoice and celebrate the event by going out and talking to real people
Go to work. Well that's if they aren't entirely dependent on network communication.
I don't use wifi except on my phone. everything else is hardwired.
Workout, read books, have sex and play cards if I have a partner.
Just hang in there to it comes back on
@Pinay_ako That's a good one to think about Lol
Focus on my writing. Or read a book.
Write. And eat. But mostly write.
play games with my family
Hahaha... rejoice and head outside.
I will survive just fine
Watch TV. Take kids to the park.
Live my life without my phone
Use mobile broadband instead.
Use the ethernet connection.
more mental breakdowns
Happened last week. I read
walks, take photos, spend family time
Nothing - I have cellular service too👍🙂
It would change zero things in my day to day
