Wanting to try but it hurts my eyes?

My hubby wants me to play fornote on the switch with him but the screen hurts my eyes with time!

Would getting a PlayStation help? Both would be played on a TV?

I don't know to most part. Though do you have prescription glasses or lenses? Are you not used to of staring at screens?
