A few years ago I was tinkering around in the workshop with my cousin and he stupidly hit a sharp piece of freshly cut angle steel with a hammer and it flicked out and hit me directly in the eye. I never saw it coming so I didn’t even flinch my eyelids shut and the eyeball basically took a direct hit. Immediately I thought my eyeball had burst because everything went black, there was blood streaming down my face, and excruciating jolts of pain were shooting back into my head. We managed to make it to an ER about 30 minutes later and they cut me straight to the front of the line as soon as they saw my injury. I had a massive scratch on the surface/lens of my eyeball, and they spent about an hour painfully washing all the metal filings out with saline water (literally pouring salt in the wound lol). They did a really good job cleaning everything out and stitching my eyebrow and cheek back up, but the pain lasted for a long time afterward. It took me almost 2 weeks for the scratch to heal and my blurred vision to go away completely and the pain lasted just as long too. I'm very lucky and thankful to still have my full vision though.
Hope this finds you feeling better. My advice is obvious, but get this looked at right away by a doctor.
Forgive me, I know that is hardly a profound suggestion. However, the bottom line is that you really don't want to play around and gamble with something as fundamental as your eyesight. Too much of your future depends on your ability to do something as basic as seeing.
So, at he risk of sounding like your mother, get thee to a doctor ASAP. Take care of yourself. I'll be thinking about you.
Try a warm compress like a wet warm towel. If irritation persist even after using regular eye drops and washing out your eye then there is probably superficial damage to your eye. A visit to your urgent care physician or optometrist can prescribe you numbing eye drops and lubricants to help with irritation.
Go See A Doctor If It Persists. For Now:
You may:
Apply warm compresses to your affected eye.
Rinse your eye out with water.
Take over-the-counter (OTC) antihistamines or allergy medications to soothe itchy eyes.
Use OTC artificial tear drops to lubricate dry eyes.

There could be damage that will impair your vision. Go to the doctor and ask for a detailed check.
Get it checked asap. It is possible it was scratched. Don't take chances with your eyes.
A friend was in a salt pool and she just rubbed her eye and a salt crystal scratched her eye. The GP sent to to an eye specialist immediately. She needed to wear something like a contact lens with antibiotics for a couple of days to enable it to heal.
Apply some cold compresses to reduce swelling, take some pain-relieving medication, such as ibuprofen and go to an eye doctor, if it doesn't get better by itself; it could be something serious
Hope everything goes well and it gets better soon
A day has passed since you asked.
At this point, I'll assume you took the correct course of action... had your examined by a trained healthcare professional.
had your *eye examined
Please, visit a doctor. She will help better than we can. It must be very uncomfortable for you.
Let check someone if you don't have some dirt below eyelid. Than antiseptic eye drops, preferably with analgesic (lidocaine, novocaine...)
Go to an emergency unit and get it checked out. If the photo is your eye I'd be concerned about possible damage to the cornea or iris as well as the conjunctival "white" part.
i would definitely go see a doctor like right now. your vision is nothing to mess with
Get an appointment asap with eye department in local hospital or with an optometrist.
You can try Ice, maybe some over the counter eye drops and cleaning your eye out with cold water, but not super cold..
You should have it checked by the doctor to make sure nothing is in there. You might need some special eye drops. They might give you an eye patch so you can look like a pirate 🏴☠️
Put eye drops in the refrigerator. The cold makes a world of difference.
I put tea bags on it. But if the problem gets worse, I'm not responsible. The rational thing to do would be to just see an eye doctor
A cold pack or ice wrapped up in a towel, and time.
My advice is to see a doctor. Any eye injury should be taken seriously and given immediate assessment and treatment as necessary.
Oh
It's so red.
You should go to eye specialist
Get to an eye institute. I bet you have Conjunctivitis. (pink eye)
go to the eye doctor
Try water with baking soda and wrinse
ER or eye doctor asap
you should go to the doctor if you haven't
See a Doctor for this.
Try some Visine
You need to see an eye doctor.
Hmmm…ice pack?
See a doctor
