No. She will still have access to your records, Facebook and whatnot, so she will get in contact with you.

Instead, spend 50 bucks and get a restraining order instead. That way she can't contact you on any platform without consequences.

You don't have to switch SIM cards to change your number. Call AT&T or visit the store.
