To change my number or not?

Hey all,

I would like to know if changing your number after a break up has helped?
I have recently broken up with my partner. His not some crazy stalker and I’m sure he won’t call or message me. Butttt, I feel that I just want to escape from everyone who has my number except for the really important people. Let’s be real, like I’m going to be waiting for a text or call that never comes.

I wanted to change my number for a while but was hesitant as I’ve had this number for a very long time.

You can block people and avoid the trouble of changing your number. Why is that not an option?

I don't think it's worth all the hassle. Just block people you don't want to talk to and once you're feeling better you can unblock if you want to 🌸
