What color iPhone 15 do you like?

I was never into iPhone, until my ex got me iPhone XR on his birthday.

Since then I quit using Android and have been using iPhone.

I didn’t change phone, as it was very special for me, since my ex gifted me and I get easily attached.

But I finally decided to buy myself a new one and archive my current phone along with the memories connected to it.

I am planning to buy the pink one as my birthday present.

I will also share my life in Shanghai to you in a better way, as I am planning a lot of activities and I think some of you might find it interesting to experience how’s life in Shanghai. So, I’ll sometimes share my experiences with my questions or MyTakes.

I wonder which color do you like the most and why?

I have bought it. Cost me 1100 USD all in all including the accessories. I think it’s not a bad deal, I could buy pro max with that price but I really liked the pink one which was only available as iPhone 15. I kept my old iPhone too, I will use that one until I get accustomed to the new one. iPhone 15 takes much better pics than my old one.

I hate apple products. Had nothing but trouble with them when I had them. Switched to Samsung phone and tablet and problems solved. I have now been very happy with my choice for a lot of years.
Everybody has their preferences and mine is just not an apple product.

Nope, It looks still pretty nice and battery is fine too, not as good as before but It’s doing great.

The main problem is I have no more storage left.

After 5 years and used up all your memory, impressive. You get your money’s worth. That’s environmentally conscience, too.

I’ve never reached my memory limit. My struggle is trying to keep my phone from consuming too much of my life.

Yep, my ex was buying me iPhone 13 for my another birthday two years ago, but I declined, I am not into changing phones often.

So I kept my iPhone XR and he surprised me in a different way instead. I feel like it’s really a good time to change a phone now and I am so excited!

Pink is my choice. I have never had an iPhone, but I'm considering the iPhone 15 Pro Max mainly for the camera. My phone is an Android and is also over 5 years old. It was $100 when I bought it, so it's old. 🤓

None of them as they are Apple! Apple is a follower, not a leader. The phone is boring and changes very little year after year. I got a Samsung Fold and love love love it! By the way, it's blue!

I loved and used Android since I was 8 till I was 22, so I can relate to your love to Samsung.

See so many people shittng on Apple.. here are some of the benefits I’ve had with Apple:


-I had a couple medical conditions, and Apple alerted it to me immediately as far as Cardic stuff. The health app and all that is light years better than Samsung. They still haven’t caught up to it.
-I work as an AV supervisor. When we stream we use Apple products because windows and other machines usually can’t cut it as easily. Apple products are made for production.
-In the studio we use a lot of audio tools that come on Apple. Pro tools is the standard but there are so many things that we use Logic Pro for and Final Cut.
-iPhone takes photos with more rich color contrast than Samsung in my experience.
-the integration between the iPhone, iPad, Macs and watches is almost seemingly flawless. Instead of having to use third party software to do the same thing on Samsung ( not sure if they changed that now. Went to Apple permanently in 2020 and never looked back).
-people keep talking about security, every android phone I’ve had has caught some sort of virus or been infected with something. And I mean every one of them. Last Samsung I had was the Note 10. It was a great phone, but time I try to get some free apps from the store I would get some kind of bug. With iPhone I haven’t had that problem. Not in the slightest, it’s more rigid of apps you can get, but I prefer that with sensitive information.
-animation is better on Apple. I’m not away of animation on Samsung like they have in what’s called Shortcuts on Apple. If you are a tech person and understand how to use logic to make things work, shortcuts simplifies your life.


Just a few good things I believe Apple has over Samsung or Android. It all comes down to preference. I’ve had both and I would use both if I needed, but Samsung tablets are slow and not as robust, Samsung computers are nothing to really talk about. The watches have some good features but the ones I had all they had was decent battery life over the Apple Watch. Apple makes a much more stable product which is why it cost more.

Yes, the other benefit is you don't get financially raped when you have to buy a new one. And also your data is far less likely to end up in the hands of strangers. Other than that, no advantages.

I agree with the advantage of confidentiality of my data, but I am sure they’d have all the datas about me, from the past 5 years. What else to hide?

When the phone breaks and it will, it will either cost you a lot of money to repair it if it can be repaired or it will cost you a lot of money for a new one. Apple designs their equipment to be mostly not repairable except by themselves and because of that repair costs are extremely high. In many cases it isn't cost effective to repair Apple phones. So instead they're more than willing to sell you a new one at full price. This is all by design. Apple phones are far more expensive than Samsung phones. Take a look at the new pixel 8. Phone. I have a pixel 7 after having owned samsungs for many years and I like it a lot better. It's not nearly as expensive as an Apple phone and it is much more flexible. Doesn't send your data to anybody and is easily repaired if it becomes necessary. Most importantly, it isn't designed to break an Apple phones are designed to break after a year or two.

Pixel 8 costs the same as iPhone 15, which will cost me 900 USD for 256 GB,

My previous iPhone XR has been very good quality and it didn’t break until a year ago. So far, it has been a very useful phone. I’ll keep the new iPhone till it’s worn out years later. I’ll take a good care of it. I just got so used to it.

Pick whatever color you like. I don't like any Apple products. They are all overpriced and force you to do things the Apple way. Android phones are much cheaper and better technically.

I like a black or dark green phone but the new titanium iPhone looks dope to. For guys color don’t matter usually as long it’s not pink or some girly color but for girls I think pink or yellow would be a good color maybe even purple.
