Use tiktok for things you want to learn about. It's pretty much a search engine if used correctly. I recently used it to discover a video that helped me create scripts for video game creation. If you're watching whatever the scroll feed has the you're probably just mindlessly scrolling

That's one of the reasons why I don't have Tik Tok. If it's bothering you, you can always delete your account. You don't have to be there just because other people are.
