I struggle with anxiety & depression and after deactivating my facebook for one whole week, I feel SO much better. My mental health has been good, and not seeing what others are up to, and knowing others don’t know what I’m up to has made me feel so much better. I’ve spent less time on my phone, and I’ve spent more time doing thinks I love, such as reading and yoga!
