How to combine multiple videos into one with a uniform frame size and quality?

I have couple of videos with different frame size and quality. I want to combine all those video into one without making others feel its combined.

You need to resize everything to the smallest size.

That means cutting of the edges of videos shot in 16:9 to adjust them to the 4:3 format (assuming you have these ratios).

Also scaling down a 4k image to, whatever the smalles size is, 1080p/720p...

If you do it the other way, you will have some clear HD videos followed by mushy super bad images that have been stretched to fit the HD ratio of others.

Scaling down will loose lots of quality and pixels but its better to scale up.

Unless you are able to find some pretty good AI software that can resize images by adding something, but i don't know if there is an AI who can do this with videos.
