
What should I do if I can’t access my timecard on the ESS 45 Zebra App?


Aw man, that's super annoying! Those timecard apps can be so glitchy sometimes. A few things I would try:
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Maybe there was a bug they fixed recently.
- Clear the cache and storage data for the app. Sometimes junk gets left behind there that can cause issues.
- Double check that your employee login details are for sure correct. Try logging in on the website through a computer if you can.
- Contact your payroll or HR department. They might know if there are any system-wide issues going on they can look into.
- As a last resort, you could try reinstalling the app but make sure to backup any saved login info first just in case.
If nothing works from troubleshooting on your end, definitely reach out to whoever handles payroll. Maybe they need to reset something on their side. Better to get it sorted asap so you can access your hours! Hope you get it fixed soon, that's always so frustrating to deal with.
