Do you think you use it a lot? How much of an impact has it made on your life? I use technology a lot in my field of work, I believe it makes things easier.

In my case I'm forced to use technology for a lot of things that I don't need technology for, because of how society is shifting toward phasing out analog versions. So I wouldn't say I'm "reliant" on it, as much as I am annoyed by it.
On the other side of that, I play a lot of video games and make things on computers, so before said shift to an online world, I used tech way more than most people. Not because of uneeded reliance, but because you cannot do those things at all without tech.
Whenever a non digital version of something (or a task) exists, I always choose that over the digital version.
I think the internet was a mistake tbh, it has ruined technology.
How reliant on technology, I rely on electricity being produced, power systems balanced to provide me electricity at home, then the technology around getting water to me, the electronics and sensors built in to my heating system. My broadband, various kitchen appliances, air fryers, bean to cup coffee machine, microwave, laptop, Alexa, tv, streaming services music and TV stuff.
yeah just alittle.
Not very. I work remote so I definitely need internet access but who wants to even work anyways? Other than for work, I think Iād be okay.
Extremely. Even the nature of my job relies on it.

Well, without my CPAP machine, I'd rapidly begin to suffer serious brain damage and soon die (though whether that would be from gradual brain death due to oxygen deprivation or my own hand is uncertain, and I hope to never find out). There IS a way I could avoid that, but it would mean using a BiPAP machine, which is a MORE advanced version of the same technology (and usually what prescribe for CSA anyway), so...
Living in South Africa I often have to cook over a fire by oil lamps because the government is so corrupt they're still blaming apartheid 30 years after it was dismantled and they saved money by not building power stations or maintaining the ones they had.
Consequently, nobody in South Africa relies on any technology more advanced than fire...
I mean... my field is in digital marketing, so I'm pretty damn reliant on it. I'm pretty well versed on all the AI tools, web design platforms, CRM tools, SEO tools, project management tools, graphic design tools, video editing tools, social media apps, etc.
It's annoying to keep up with it 24/7 though and better ones keep coming out.
We had a storm go through a few weeks ago, with a resulting 10-hour power outage. We survived, showing that we CAN live without technology, but it certainly was different. Technology is so much a part of our lives today. For example, I used to know how to read a paper map to go places, but I use Google maps and GPS so much now, I'm not sure I could still do that... if I could even find a paper map today.
Somewhat reliant. Maybe 6/10.
I use technology for a lot of things, but don't need it. I'm comfortable navigating without it (and often do even in areas/state I don't know), I prefer to meet people without it (I. E. in real life through sports etc), and I'm a nature junkie sooo yeah
Immensely, its my job, my entertainment and a way to stay in contact with my long distance friends.
Tech can Make life Easy in certain Situations, but can Also Destroy you (your image online) big time!
So for me tech is just an advanced Brain washing Machine!
I don't wanna start, otherwise i'll be on this topic... forever! 🤦āāļø😅
I grew up without cell phones, computers, internet, cable tv, microwave ovens, or air conditioning (and I live in Florida!) While I enjoy the benefits of technology, I could easily live without it (except the AC; please let me keep the AC!)
I'm extremely reliant on technology both personally and professionally.
you mean... modern technology? or all technology
because, as a survivalist... and finding my way from scratch out there, I would struggle a bit, lol
I rely on my computer; wouldn't be able to go without that thing.
If we have a power outage here, I am lost
I work in IT so my income depends on it. Highly reliant.
I have like 12 hours of average screen time. Not proud of it but thats what i do for a living.
I had a career in the IT field. I am very reliant on technology.
I use it to make money and get things done. Not scroll tik tok and binge watch Netflix.
I rely on it A LOT. Being an electrician technology is everything
Constantly.
not that good anymore
