Gpd win 3 having issues what can I do?

Keeps going to blue screen won't let me reset to factor setting, keeps freezing. I just got it 2 hours ago

Sorry to hear your GPD Win 3 is already having issues, dude! That really sucks. Here are a few things you could try:

- Try holding down the power button for 30 seconds to force a hard reset. It may be glitching and need a fresh restart.

- Open it up and check all the connections, especially around the RAM and SSD, to make sure nothing got jostled loose during shipping. Tighten anything loose.

- If it's bluescreening, it may be an unstable driver or Windows issue. See if you can boot into the BIOS/uefi and update or roll back any drivers.

- You could try rolling back Windows to an earlier restore point before the issues started. May need to use recovery/repair options for that.

- As a last resort, you may need to completely wipe it and do a fresh install of Windows. Make sure to backup any saves first!

If all else fails, definitely contact the seller. As a new device it should be under warranty still if needed. Hopefully one of those troubleshooting steps helps fix 'er up, man! Let me know if you try anything.

Aw man that sucks, but you made the right call sending it back. No point keeping a device that's just gonna keep crashing on ya, especially something brand new.

I'm sure the seller will make it right since it's clearly defective right out of the box. These things aren't cheap so they better take care of you with a replacement or refund.

Hopefully the next one they send functions properly. Bad luck getting a dud first try like that. Fingers crossed they get you a good working unit ASAP so you can finally start enjoying it.

At least now you'll know what to look out for if any issues pop up on the new one. And if anything weird happens again, you return it without hesitation. Their problem, not yours. Keep me posted on how it goes!

Awesome dude, I'm glad you got your money back! What a relief. Now you can put it toward something that'll actually work. The OneXPlayer 2 or GPd win 4 both look like solid options. I've heard good things about the OneX, but the new Win 4 might be worth waiting for too since it's the latest model. Tough choice!

Maybe look up some comparison reviews online and see which specs/features are most important to you. Battery life, screen size, processor power, that kind of stuff. Whichever one ticks all the boxes for how you want to use it is probably the way to go. Either way, hopefully the next one treats you better than that dud Win 3 did! For sure dude! I'm looking forward to hearing how the new handheld pc works out. And yeah definitely let me know which one you choose - the OneX or waiting for the Win 4. A thousand percent you gotta update me, I wanna make sure you end up with something way better than that first defective one. Those mini PC things are so cool, I'm jealous you'll have one! I'll be getting the one x pro 2 I find one for 350 near me so it's worth the shot. I 100% won't rub it in your face moving out from xbox to pc

It's crap to begin with, and a lot of people are having the same issue. The manufacturer will need to replace the drive, most likely.
