No tube tv's are not digital but may have a tuner built into the tv to recieve digital frequencies as well as analog and the tv may have a digital display but as far as the screen goes it is not digital. And not all"digital" tv's are lcd , some used plasma , like the liquid crystal display tv's and some used projectors and most use led or organic light emitting diodes
I am not sure about this, but there way a small time where you had big widescreen TVs that were still tube powered. And it could be that these were digital or at least accepted both digital and analogue signals.

No, there are also Plasma and LED digital tvs.
And i would think, there was a small time period where they had big digital tube tvs, but not sure.

Nope. QLED, OLED, QOLED, Plasma, MLED, and MicroLED are all digital screen TV types. They all work differently.
CRT screens were analog, not digital.
