This is a question targeting primarily those, who have or use an iPhone.

in order to not taint the incoming posts, i will refrain from saying whether i would recommend and iPhone or not. For this time.

I’ve no idea why this conversation is so divisive with folk. It’s a phone ! ffs … I’m not against droids just always had an iPhone , since the second model. For me it’s about familiarity. Of course I would recommend it. There isn’t much risk of me moving camps now but if I had to I would. It’s JUST a phone
There used to be a thousand reasons why I hated iPhones. But they dissipated with time
I have one now and it’s not a wasted purchase
Sure smart phones are a dime a dozen these days.
But you can tell apple still works tirelessly to make their devices stand out in terms of quality of life features

As an iPhone user, I would not.
The camera is trash as soon as you update the iOS. Your forced to buy extra data (iCloud), battery health plummets as soon as you’re down to 75%, you’re at the beckoning mercy of apple care feeling sorry for you should something go wrong and you longer have apple care support.
I wouldn't not recommend iPhones. They're very standard products. You're probably never going to be disappointed by an Apple product, but you'll also never be particularly impressed by one either.
That said, I do like the GPS on iPhones way more than on any of the android phones I've used.
If you are accustomed to one and are wise enough to get "new old stock" yes. You can find year or two year old models still in the box that will work for five or six years and only cost a fraction of the original price.
If you are paying upwards of $1K, I'd avoid that.
It's just a phone and the difference is, are you okay to pay 1000+ USD for a gadget that costs 50 USD in production or do you feel betrayed and your ego can handle having a Android phone for 180 USD that cost in production 30 USD
Come to the Jedi. Leave the Dark Side for Android. We do mind tricks!
As an iPhone user, nope! Get the Hell away from them.
Yes because it’s easier to use and everything is more organized
Don't get the 13
I don't. Because android is better
