Have you ever felt a loss of interest in social networks?

Earlier, when I was younger 14-16, I was very active on Instagram. Constantly new photos, stories, etc. But in the last year, I stopped liking and being interested in all this. I don't want anyone to know the details of my life, and I don't care about others. Is this a growing up phase? Or maybe... Is it just a temporary disappointment?

It could be both, I mean people post happy things on IG and sometimes it gets to be annoying right. It's okay to not want to post since what it is, is just a social thing. Plus people like to gossip as well so could also be a growing phase and there's nothing wrong. Some people delete social media and find out that they are more productive as well and happier.

I used to be active on Facebook 7-8 years ago but all of sudden I disliked it and quit. Nowadays I only use this website for chatting but unfortunately no one is regular chatty here.
