I think to learn the basics it could work. But once you become proficient with those you probably need professional training.

No. I have not done this. Google it and find out is your best bet.

I learned it at home by watching videos and following tutorials. I was already a dancer though and familiar with my body and how to move.

Every talent is like dance or arts are depending on your skill and ability. Some people might be easy to learn from social media and some not even. Just because someone can do that doesn’t mean you also can do the same and vice versa.
