Do you unplug from any form of Social Media?

I do, except from YouTube.

I do by not having it to begin with.
For instance, with this site, I only go to the webpage. I do not use a phone app.
I use Facebook and Linked In although I do have Instagram and X accounts which I only occasionally read.
I do have YouTube Premium and I do use that heavily, but I don't consider that as social media really since it isn't very interactive.

All the time. Especially in the warmer weather when i go on a canoe trip for example. But I do not have much social media anyway.

I dont do Facebook, or Instagram, or some other media. They are influenced by Republicans who run political ads there all the time, and Russia had influenced on these too in 2024.

I don't have any. My life has been super eventful. No need to share it with anyone. I don't need anyone's approval or agreement about my life. I'm drama free and my private life is fine. No one know if im on vacation or about to. So no home theft. I have real people that i talk to and i have a real relationship with. A real wife. A real life. Real experiences and great memories. Real adventures that I remember from start to finish. Yeah it's great.

Youtube and here are all I use but I don't really consider either to be social media and instead just a video posting site and a question and answer site.

Yes sometimes I take a week or 2 break from social media. Some times when I get very busy with work I don't do much for 3-4 weeks at a time.
