How often do you disconnect from social media?

I tend to do so on weekends, especially at noon.

G@G is my only connection to the world. Other than this site, I have no other social media as most are not worth being member of, be it because they belong to corporations that steal your data or simply because I they have more negative aspects to them than positive ones.

I try not to spend too much time but I am a regular one here. G@G has changed for the worse since about 2 years and trolls and spammers have not taken control of this site with the pornography users a very close second.

At this rate, I suspect that this site is destined to go belly up in less than 2 years.

I quit social media 7 years ago. Now it is just gag and YouTube, but that is only for music discussions and channel production. Having over 75,000 followers on Instagram left me burned out. Never again.

Other than GaG, I don't use antisocial media at all. Waste of time.
